In addition, I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne and Casandra who helped with the purchase of a watch winder. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring my order arrived on time, beautifully packaged. First visit to Hamilton Jewlers today and to say I was stunned, surprised and treated like a 30 year customer is an understatement. Met Diane my Senior Sales Consultant over text and stopped by to introduce myself and place an inquiry order for a new Tudor Black Bay Chrono. Eventually made my way over to the Rolex side of the house. Incredible display of watches across all budget ranges and brands. After trying on watches for an hour settled in on a Two-Tone White Dial Skydweller absolutely stunning watch. The care and time Diane spent with me was unbelievable. Even a 2nd consultant Matt assistant as well and was extremely knowledgeable. I was treated like royalty. Upon finishing and attempting to place an inquiry order I was offered the opportunity to purchase the watch and walk out with it. I’ve been waiting for over 6 mths with no end in sight at 2 other AD’s. The entire purchase and delivery process was flawless and a 3rd consultant Cassandra joined at the end to explain and set the watch for me. Totally impressed at Diane, Matt, Cassandra and the entire team they are really genuine and terrific at what they do. Not all AD’s are created the same I found that out today.
