Yes. Bring your piece to Worth Avenue for a complimentary assessment. Ring sizing, prong retipping, clasp replacement, restringing, and stone resetting are all handled by Hamilton's bench jewelers, and we will give you an estimated completion date at drop-off.
Is watch servicing available on Worth Avenue?
Yes. We service many of the brands we carry and select brands we do not. Our watch specialists will advise on the recommended service interval and timeline for your timepiece.
Can I commission a custom piece in Palm Beach?
Yes. Custom design consultations begin at the store with a Hamilton specialist and are produced by our designers and bench jewelers. Engraving is available on select items — ask in store or at the time of purchase.

Do you ship purchases from Palm Beach?
Yes. Shipping within the United States is complimentary on orders over $250. In-stock pieces usually ship within 1–3 business days, and you will receive tracking once your order is on its way. We do not ship internationally at this time.
What is the return policy for Worth Avenue purchases?
Merchandise accompanied by a receipt or gift enclosure and all original boxes, paperwork, laboratory reports, warranty certificates, and component parts may be refunded to the original purchaser within 10 days, or exchanged or credited (one-year store credit) within 30 days. Gift receipts receive merchandise credit. Worn, sized, engraved, or altered pieces, special and custom orders, and final-sale items are not returnable.
How do I care for fine jewelry in the Florida climate?
Rinse salt water and sunscreen off jewelry after a day outside, store pieces separately in a soft pouch, and avoid perfumes and lotions. Stop by Worth Avenue once a year for a complimentary inspection and cleaning.
