The Oris Lou Gehrig Limited Edition pays tribute to one of baseball's most enduring icons through a design rooted in the heritage of the Big Crown Pointer Date collection. Limited to 2,130 pieces, commemorating Gehrig's legendary consecutive games streak, this timepiece features a vertically brushed silver dial inspired by his "Iron Horse" nickname and a blue-highlighted number 4 on the pointer date scale in honor of his retired jersey. The 40.00mm multi-piece stainless steel case is paired with a bronze bezel and crown, creating a distinctive character that develops a unique patina over time. Centre hands for hours, minutes and seconds, central pointer date, instantaneous date, fine timing device and stop-second. Automatic winding. 38-hour power reserve. Silver dial with luminous hands and indices for enhanced readability. Special engraved caseback honoring Lou Gehrig. Reference #01 754 7785 4091-Set.
